STEP60 & 30 - a great calorie-burning workout using a height-adjustable step. The 60 minute version
incorporates power, strength, balance and agility training.
WAR - an exhilarating total body workout where a fusion of Martial arts meets chart-topping music. Learn how
to punch effectively, kick safely and perform hooks and uppercuts like the pros!
PURE CARDIO - An energizing aerobic workout for all skill levels using simple dance steps like the grapevine
and twist to a fun selection of music. A great place to start if you're new to group fitness! High versions of
moves will also be shown for those more advanced or ready to take to the next level.
STRENGTH - A complete muscle conditioning workout using weighted bars and balls, resistance bands and
balance equipment. This workout can easily be adjusted for any level of fitness and strength. Class ends with
balance work and stretching.
PILATES - A series of exercises that will flatten your abs, tone and tighten your legs, and improve your
posture. By doing a small number of reps while focusing on perfect form and breathing techniques, we work
core muscles (abs & back).
