A muscle conditioning workout using weighted bars and balls, resistance bands and balance equipment. This workout can be adjusted to any level of fitness and strength.
A Yoga class for all levels! Learn or perfect the poses while becoming calm and centered.
Get long and lean, toned and tightened. A series of exercises that will flatten your abs, lift your glutes and improve your posture. By doing a small number of reps while focusing on perfect form and breathing techniques, we work core muscles (abs & back).
